The EQi 2.0 certification was a powerful experience that gave me the knowledge and tools I needed to create workshops and work with individuals on their emotional intelligence. Being a strong, impactful leader requires a high level of Emotional Intelligence and because I am certified I have the ability to laser in and identify what will be their biggest game-changer when leading themselves, leading others, and leading the business. EQi is large and in charge these days!
